The Photon SMΔRT has an intelligent battery-saving feature. During standby (no gate motion) the Photon SMΔRT safety beams will go to sleep. Once the co-installed SMΔRT operator receives a trigger to open, a command is sent from the co-installed SMΔRT operator to the Photon SMΔRT safety beams via BLE to wake up.1

Enhanced Security with PIRAC Mode Compatibility
The Photon SMΔRT Beams are compatible with PIRAC (Beam Autoclose) Mode, available on CENTURION sliding and swing gate motors. This advanced feature ensures maximum security by automatically closing the gate as soon as the safety beams detect that the user has cleared the entrance.
Important Notice
2 x AA alkaline batteries are supplied for each transmitter and receiver. The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended.
