As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you of adjustments to our operating hours during the upcoming holidays.
On the 14th of December, our Head Office will be closed from 08:00 until 14:00 for a staff function. Following this, we will commence our Annual Shutdown from the 21st of December at 12:00. During this period, our Technical Support will be available exclusively through WhatsApp from the 21st of December until the 7th of January 2024 (excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that we will not be accepting booked-in repairs after the 14th of December 2023. If you wish to schedule a repair after this date, the assessment will only commence in January 2024. However, we want to assure you that our support and testing services at our counter will remain available until Thursday, the 21st of December 2023.
Normal business operations are set to resume on the 8th of January 2024. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. As we enter the holiday season, we extend our warmest wishes for a joyful and peaceful celebration.
