Centurion Systems has announced the restructuring of its exports and supply chain departments, which will now jointly operate under the new moniker of International Markets.
At the heart of the change: the company’s brand essence of making life easier for its customers.
As of 2019, CENTURION has a presence in more than 70 countries wordwide, and continues to be a significant player in the global access automation movement, which has seen a growing number of businesses and homeowners embracing technology in the quest for better security and more convenience.
Founded in 1986 in Johannesburg, South Africa, CENTURION now exports its industry-leading solutions as far afield as Latin America and Australasia, while its foothold here in Africa continues to strengthen.
According to the company’s International Markets manager, Hennie Lategan, the restructuring aligns closely with CENTURION’s mission statement of delighting its customers with world-class service and support.
“At CENTURION we recognise that our international customers are in different countries, have different time zones, speak different languages, and use different means of communication. The restructuring was done to align our export department with these different requirements, and at the same time, streamline our internal systems and processes. We will also soon have fully functional websites in French and Spanish, to better serve our respective customers on all their sales and technical inquiries.
At the same time, we would like to thank all our customers for their business, and also use this opportunity to wish everyone a very pleasant festive season.”
