CTSI INSTALLER REVIEWS CHALLENGE

COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    This competition is promoted by Centurion Systems (Pty) Ltd (“CENTURION”), a Proudly South African company and a subsidiary of the FAAC Technologies Group.

 

  1. Purpose of Competition
    The CTSI Installer Reviews Challenge is designed to encourage Certified Trained SMART Installers (CTSIs) to strengthen their MyInstaller profile through genuine customer reviews collected via the Installer Reviews feature available in either the MyCentsys Pro, MyCentsys Remote or MyCentsys mobile applications.

 

  1. Competition Period
    The competition will run from 21st July 2026 to 31st August 2026. Reviews received outside of this period will not qualify. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

  1. Eligibility
  • Open to active Certified Trained SMART Installers (CTSIs) registered on the MyInstaller platform.
  • Installers must have completed the required CENTURION Certified SMART training and meet all listing requirements to be eligible.
  • Only reviews submitted through the official Installer Reviews feature within the MyCentsys Pro, MyCentsys Remote or MyCentsys apps will be accepted as valid.
  • Employees of CENTURION, its distributors, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  • CTSIs found to be violating the CTSI Programme code of conduct will be disqualified.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • Complete an installation, repair, service call or maintenance job on a CENTURION product for an end-user.
  • Ask the customer to submit a review of the service they received via the Installer Reviews feature.
  • Each valid review received during the competition period contributes toward the installer’s review count.
  • Reviews must be submitted by genuine end-user customers.
  • Fake, duplicate, self-submitted, incentivised or scripted reviews will not be counted and will result in disqualification.
  1. Prize
  • The first three (3) eligible CTSI installers to receive twenty (20) valid customer reviews during the competition period will each win one (1) CENTURION SDO5 SMART+ T10 garage door operator.
  • The awarded gate motor may not be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for any commercial purpose other than legitimate installation.
  • Prize collection or delivery logistics will be arranged directly with the winning installers following the announcement.
  • The prize is subject to availability and CENTURION reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equivalent value should stock or supply constraints arise.

 

  1. Winner Selection
  • Reviews will be verified and tallied by CENTURION to ensure authenticity.
  • Winners will be contacted directly by CENTURION using the contact details registered on their MyInstaller profile before the public announcement.
  • CENTURION’s verification process and final decision are binding and not subject to appeal.
  • CENTURION reserves the right to verify all reviews and disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, incentivised, or otherwise non-compliant.

 

  1. Data Privacy
  • All personal information collected is used solely for verifying entries, contacting winners and administering the competition.
  • Information will not be shared, sold, or used for unrelated marketing without prior consent.
  • Participants may request the correction or deletion of their personal information by emailing [email protected].
  • All personal information collected will be processed and stored lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and will be retained only as long as necessary to administer the competition and comply with legal requirements.

 

  1. General
  • By participating, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that CENTURION’s decision is final and binding.
  • CENTURION reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.
  • CENTURION will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.
  • Participation implies acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of CENTURION’s POPIA compliance principles.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
