What some of our staff say:

“To me the best thing about working here is being treated fairly. Not just work wise, but moneywise. And it is great that we are always kept in the loop on the company’s finances and how we do in the market. Another great thing is the training that is provided” – Alexander Smit, IT Support

“We thank CENTURION for giving us opportunities like looking after our Health by doing Wellness days, flu shots and breast screening.” – Bambanani MBU Team.

“I’ve grown and learnt a lot about our products in my time here. CENTURION has a bright future ahead and I’m happy to be here.” –Andrew Mokoka, Mechanical Repairs

“My manager treats us well. I love all the events we have such as year-end and wellness days.” – Daniel Leso

“I’ve been working here for 15 years. Before that I worked for other companies and none of them were like CENTURION. CENTURION is a homely company. We started off small and have grown, I’ve enjoyed it. The management and directors are humble, I have the best boss I could hope for, and they look after me! I’ve grown from a normal tool maker up to a supervisory level. I’ve been given lots of opportunities, I’ve been on various courses from management to machinery courses, which is a lot more than would have had.” – Dirk Lombard, Tool Room

“The company offers good opportunities, it’s diverse with lots of different aspects from design, to manufacturing to our CNC and tool rooms.” – Bennie Vosloo, Research and Development

“I never knew a company like this existed, I never even knew about gate motor brands! When I started here I couldn’t believe how far reaching our footprint is.

I love friendly and welcoming people!

Not only are the benefits great, but what really stands out for me is how nice our facilities are, from sales & technical right through the factory, we really do have a nice place to work!

I appreciate the opportunities we have here for growth and learning, and that this is encouraged at every opportunity. I enjoy hearing about the success stories of staff who have not only completed a qualification, but have also grown within the business.

Thank you for always keeping the staff informed on important matters and for the many wellness initiatives in place to improve our health and wellbeing.

This is a company to be proud of!” – Domonique Freemantle, Human Resources

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

In most cases the recruitment process will be as follows:

  1. Jobs are advertised on various online boards, and other media will be used when appropriate
  2. Candidates that are shortlisted will receive notification of such

  5. Successful candidates may have to attend a second interview – certain roles may require up to four interviews
  6. There is no definitive time-period for this process, but we strive to complete the process as quickly as possible, for the benefit of both Centurion Systems and the applicant
  7. We encourage individuals to apply for specific positions to ensure proper consideration

Centurion Systems is an equal opportunities employer, welcoming all applications.
